Darrin Greeley

Darrin Greeley is a retired Captain of the Boston Police Department with more than 35 years of distinguished law enforcement service. During his career, he served as a District Commander in the Brighton/Allston, East Boston, and West Roxbury/Roslindale neighborhoods, overseeing complex operational and community policing initiatives.

Throughout his career, Captain Greeley held numerous senior command positions within the Boston Police Department. His prior assignment included serving as Commander of the Crime Scene Response Unit, where he led responses to major incidents, including oversight of crime scene operations at both Boston Marathon Bombing scenes. Before that, he served as Assistant Chief of field services and as Commander of District Detectives across the City of Boston.

In his current role, Michael Tabeek is responsible for developing and managing enterprise-wide security and emergency management programs. He has been instrumental in more than 20 successful Joint Commission accreditation surveys, ensuring compliance across the Environment of Care, Emergency Management, and Life Safety chapters.

Juan Munoz brings more than 29 years of experience in law enforcement, emergency management, and security operations. He retired from the New Jersey State Police after 25 years of dedicated service, building extensive expertise in homeland security, emergency preparedness, and leadership.

During his career with the New Jersey State Police, Juan was assigned to the Homeland Security Branch, Emergency Management Section, where he contributed to statewide preparedness initiatives and coordinated responses to complex security challenges. He is also a graduate of the West Point Management and Leadership Course and holds a Master’s degree from Boston University, further strengthening his leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Juan has worked as a Senior Emergency Management Consultant, leading and participating in comprehensive threat and vulnerability assessments. His experience includes:

Firearms Discharge & Use-of-Force Investigations

While assigned to the Homicide Unit, Sean was also a member of the Firearm Discharge Investigative Team. In this capacity, he investigated all firearm discharges by Boston Police officers, examining both criminal liability and compliance with departmental rules and regulations. His work was critical in determining criminal responsibility or policy violations related to officer-involved discharges.
