Darrin Greeley is a retired Captain of the Boston Police Department with more than 35 years of distinguished law enforcement service. During his career, he served as a District Commander in the Brighton/Allston, East Boston, and West Roxbury/Roslindale neighborhoods, overseeing complex operational and community policing initiatives.

Senior Command & Critical Incident Management

Throughout his career, Captain Greeley held numerous senior command positions within the Boston Police Department. His prior assignment included serving as Commander of the Crime Scene Response Unit, where he led responses to major incidents, including oversight of crime scene operations at both Boston Marathon Bombing scenes. Before that, he served as Assistant Chief of field services and as Commander of District Detectives across the City of Boston.

Brian Greeley brings more than 38 years of experience in law enforcement and public safety. He retired from the Massachusetts State Police after 27 years of dedicated service, building a career marked by leadership, operational expertise, and statewide impact.

During his tenure with the Massachusetts State Police, Brian Greeley served in a wide range of operational, investigative, and leadership roles. His assignments included:

→ Patrol duties at various State Police barracks throughout the Commonwealth
→ State Police Detective assigned to the Barnstable County District Attorney’s Office
→ Member of the Statewide Drug Investigation Unit (DIU)

In addition to his roles with Arrow and MSG, Mr. Claphan served over a decade leading National Account Security Programs for U.S. Security Associates. - Mr. Claphan began his career in the United States Marine Corps where he served in various leadership positions, including a distinguished role as a Marine Scout Sniper.

Michael Tabeek

Michael Tabeek brings over 25 years of leadership and security management experience within the healthcare industry. He currently serves as the National Director of Security and Emergency Management for the Steward Health Care System, overseeing security and emergency management operations across 38 hospitals nationwide.

In his current role, Michael Tabeek is responsible for developing and managing enterprise-wide security and emergency management programs. He has been instrumental in more than 20 successful Joint Commission accreditation surveys, ensuring compliance across the Environment of Care, Emergency Management, and Life Safety chapters.

His expertise extends to working closely with regulatory and oversight agencies, including:

Juan Munoz

Juan Munoz brings more than 29 years of experience in law enforcement, emergency management, and security operations. He retired from the New Jersey State Police after 25 years of dedicated service, building extensive expertise in homeland security, emergency preparedness, and leadership.

Law Enforcement & Homeland Security Experience

During his career with the New Jersey State Police, Juan was assigned to the Homeland Security Branch, Emergency Management Section, where he contributed to statewide preparedness initiatives and coordinated responses to complex security challenges. He is also a graduate of the West Point Management and Leadership Course and holds a Master’s degree from Boston University, further strengthening his leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Emergency Management & Risk Assessment Expertise

Juan has worked as a Senior Emergency Management Consultant, leading and participating in comprehensive threat and vulnerability assessments. His experience includes:

→ Conducting assessments for both manmade and natural threats impacting the operations of twelve government emergency management facilities
→ Leading vulnerability and threat assessments for a bank chain comprising fifteen geographically dispersed locations
→ Conducting a vulnerability and threat assessment for a 2 million square foot facility

While assigned to the Homicide Unit, Sean was also a member of the Firearm Discharge Investigative Team. In this capacity, he investigated all firearm discharges by Boston Police officers, examining both criminal liability and compliance with departmental rules and regulations. His work was critical in determining criminal responsibility or policy violations related to officer-involved discharges.

Currently serving as the Director of Security for The Kinder Group, Mr. Oliveira is responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and team management. Mr. Oliveira excels at fostering a positive work environment, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Mr. Oliveira’s extensive experience and having consistently demonstrated unparalleled leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results has equipped him with a unique skill set to admirably address complex challenges and to achieve unmatched results. Mr. Oliveira has successfully led and mentored teams of 125+ dedicated professionals to ensure team alignment with organizational objectives. Mr. Oliveira effectively communicates and actively listens to team members and clients to build strong relationships.

Mr. Oliveira has held various roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Operations Manager, Account Manager, Armed Security Officer Supervisor, Shift Commander, various Supervisory roles, and front-line Security officer.
